1.宴会标准：中央总书记、国家主席、全国人大常委会委员长、国务院总理、中央军委主席、全国政协主席出面举办的宴请，每人每次200元；中央政治局常委、国家副主席出面举办的宴请，每人每次180元；中央政治局委员、政治局候补委员、书记处书记、全国人大常委会副委员长、国务院副总理、国务委员、中央军委副主席、全国政协副主席出面举办的宴请，每人每次160元；正、副部长出面举办宴请，每人每次130元；其他人员出面举办的宴请，每人每次100元。
2.冷餐、酒会、茶会标准，分别为每人每次80元、60元、40元。
宴会、冷餐会所用酒水、饮料费用，不得超过其标准的三分之一。
