Of course, it is wrong. Resident house isn't juat a comsumer product.

It is also a investment tools. Unlike most of the consumer products such as cars, house doesn't depreciate but the price goes up instead. In this sense, it is kind of like stock, but not as volatile. You can't treat it as 耐用消费品 only.
