That is where the argument or confusion is.
1. We should all be born equal, but until "communism" is achieved globally, as long as there is border (of country, community, class) equality remains to be a desire, a dream, not reality.

2. But there is attempt to certain degree in all places, what we should do is to advocate it and support it or even fight for it if practical. Only by doing this can we someday achieve it for all.
